Excellent Stay with Great Service

I thank Tasos Sotiropoulos, the maitre d' in the main restaurant. He really helped my son. Dinner service did not have many options my son liked, so Tasos spoke with the cooks. The cooks prepared something child-friendly, and he ate everything. It was great service. The hotel has a perfect location with amazing views close to local attractions.
The gym equipment had some issues because the running machine was not working. More frequent checks and timely repairs should be considered.

I stayed in a Suite Sea View and it offered fine views. The suite was very clean and functional. Water was not replenished daily, but was provided upon arrival.

The hotel has convenient access to key attractions making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The beach is just a short walk away providing easy access to the sea and Banana Beach Bar. The grounds are well maintained and provide a beautiful backdrop.

The hotel's staff demonstrated really good helpfulness. Tommy, the personal relations representative, provided assistance and valuable information to guests. The bar staff are especially friendly, delivering great service and a cute atmosphere.
